Pankaj Agrawal
Pankaj is a Partner with Capitel and is based in Singapore. He serves Capitel’s clients in India, Asia and US, and has advised on more than thirty USD1bn+ transactions in TMT infrastructure, and numerous spectrum auctions, Capex planning and technology strategy engagements for global operators, investors and infrastructure providers. Pankaj was a judge at the Mobile World Conference Barcelona, speaker at MWC Shanghai, and is an active speaker at regional and global TMT and TowerXchange conferences. He has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Communication.

Puja Goyal
Puja is a Chartered Accountant with prior experience in the telecoms team of PriceWaterhouse, and has exposure to multiple engagements with operators in India and Asia. She has experience in planning and conducting financial statement analysis for major operators, commercial due diligence for large transactions, financial modeling, statutory audits and techno-commercial planning.
Her current areas of focus include mobile broadband economics, fixed broadband and other offload models, passive infrastructure, secondary market transactions in spectrum, renewable energy and digital media. Puja has been a participant in the Pan Asia Telecom conference Hong Kong in 2015, and is a contributor to major publications.
Puja Goyal

Karan Keswani
Karan is a Consultant at Capitel and focuses on transaction advisory in TMT Infrastructure in Asian and European markets. His current engagement areas include telecom infrastructure, data centers and enterprise networks. He has earlier worked with Sidra Capital in Dubai in the Corporate Finance Advisory team, with a focus on Infrastructure in the MENA region. Karan holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick and is currently pursing the CFA certification, having cleared levels I and II.
Karan Keswani
Karan is a Consultant at Capitel and focuses on transaction advisory in TMT Infrastructure in Asian and European markets. His current engagement areas include telecom infrastructure, data centers and enterprise networks. He has earlier worked with Sidra Capital in Dubai in the Corporate Finance Advisory team, with a focus on Infrastructure in the MENA region. Karan holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick and is currently pursing the CFA certification, having cleared levels I and II.
Atirek Gupta
Atirek Gupta holds the position of Consultant at Capitel and focuses on transaction advisory in Communication Infra (Asia). His previous experience includes working as a management consultant with a technology strategy execution firm in Washington DC and as a Solutions Architect with an analytics firm. He has a Masters degree in Engineering Management & Systems Engineering as well as a Bachelors of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.

Atirek Gupta holds the position of Consultant at Capitel and focuses on transaction advisory in Communication Infra (Asia). His previous experience includes working as a management consultant with a technology strategy execution firm in Washington DC and as a Solutions Architect with an analytics firm. Anisha Walia is an ex McKinsey Analyst, with experience in working with client teams for proposition development, problem solving and business analytics. She holds a Mathematical Modeling post graduate degree, with a specialization in finance from University of Nice and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. Her areas of expertise include spectrum valuation, techno-commercial planning, Capex/Opex planning and transaction advisory. Recent engagements include a $2 bn tower transaction advisory, involving techno-commercial modeling including tenancy projections, loading/co-location analysis and demand-side modeling, a five-year business plan for a US headquartered towerco, and commercial due diligence of a towerco for a global alternate asset management fund.
